1. Data Sovereignty & Biometric Telemetry

The AIO Longevity Engine is designed with absolute data sovereignty. When you log physical metrics, 1RM progression, or CNS Fatigue indicators, this data is heavily encrypted. We do not sell your musculoskeletal or cardiovascular data to third-party brokers, insurance companies, or pharmaceutical marketing agencies.

2. Data Collection Mechanisms

We process the following telemetry natively through the Engine:

• Authentication Data: Cryptographically hashed emails and neural passwords.
• Kinetic Variables: Total tonnage lifted, rest intervals, mechanical breakdowns, and biomechanical video inferences (when using the Pose Estimation tool natively).
• Device Signals: Anonymized mobile PWA interaction latency, which allows us to optimize the haptic feedback loop on weak internet connections.

3. Cookie and Local Storage Framework

We leverage highly specific browser storage (localStorage) and secure session cookies solely for authentication and off-grid synchronization. Since the gym is often a network dead-zone, your workout is stored locally on your device via IndexedDB and synced dynamically when connection returns. Our cookies are explicitly functional; we do not employ Pixel trackers from foreign ad networks.

4. The "Forget Me" Protocol (GDPR Compliant)

Under the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you retain the right to execute a total biological scrub. Access your settings panel, navigate to 'Aesthetic Core & Sovereignty', and trigger the scrub sequence. Your database row, including all associated relational tables (workout_sets, workout_sessions), will be purged from the MariaDB core instantaneously. No backups will retain your identity.
