Aakerman Media and AI-Webb ("we", "us", or "our") operate the AIO Longevity Engine. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal and biometric data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

2. Data We Collect (Including Special Category Data)

Because the Longevity Engine is a physiological tracking system, we process data that falls under GDPR Article 9 (Special Categories of Personal Data). This includes:

Biometric & Health Data: Heart rate metrics via Web Bluetooth (Garmin/Apple Health), musculoskeletal load, volume data, and calculated CNS strain.
Account Data: Email address, cryptographic passwords, and profile names.
Usage Data: Application interaction logs, IP addresses, and device signatures.

3. How We Use Your Data

We process your data strictly to provide the core functionality of the Longevity Engine: generating hypertrophy heatmaps, calculating biological rest timers, and architecting predictive macro-cycles. We do not sell, rent, or lease your biological data to any third party, insurance company, or advertiser.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely on private servers located within the EU. Passwords are cryptographically hashed. Biometric sync tokens (JWTs) are stored locally on your device and are inherently transient.

5. Your GDPR Rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to:

Access the personal data we hold about you.
Request the immediate erasure of your biological and account data ("Right to be Forgotten").
Withdraw your consent for Web Bluetooth tracking at any time via your device settings.
